In front of your apartment is a large garden terrace equipped with chairs and tables. The distance to beach is just 10 meters form the apartment. Restaurants and small shops are closed by. On the top is a private shared sun terrace.

The surroundings with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation enables you to enjoy almost perfect peace and near site the sandy beach of Savina and a promenade where it is pleasant to take a walk either if it is hot during the summer or during the mild climate in winter.

Herceg Novi is a colorful small town on the north west coast of Montenegro, just 40 km from Dubrovnik (Croatia), its climate is mild, and typically Mediterranean. Its small islands, its bays, and its cultural and historical sites make Herceg Novi (Igalo) a place of incomparable beauty.

Fresh caught fish can be bought from the fishing boats in the morning at the harbor ( 1km walk).

Shops, banks, chemists, bars and restaurants are close by. The locals are friendly and wellcoming, and the renters are on hand to assist as needed.
