Herceg Novi - You will love it ! Crystal clear Water and stunning Views.

Herceg Novi is a town at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska
Gulf. Mild Mediterranean
climate, crystal clear sea water, long beaches, rich flora and fauna, are
the reasons having an unforgettable vacation at the Herceg Novi Riviera.

Herceg Novi is still decorated by several fortresses from
the Turquish, Venetian, Spanish and Austrian periods.

Herceg Novi has a specific microclimate, which is a result
of southern exposition, proximity to the sea, limestone substratum and
mountainous hinterland which prevents the breakthrough of cold air masses. Rare
examples of flowers and decorative trees are cultivated there.

Climate Weather

During the winter the temperature at Montenegro
coast is mostly between 8-14 C and during summer between 25-34C.

The climate along Herceg Novi is a typical Mediterranean
one, with mild, rainy winters and hot and dry summers. Summer temperatures in
July can rise up to 34°C to 36°C. 2490 hours of sunshine a year. Herceg Novi
ranks among the sunniest towns of southern Europe.

The Town

The 'Town of painter and poets', located in Montengero on
the Adriatic south coast, became a charming Mediterranean travel destination
for people who like beach walkings without cars and highly automotive traffic.
Because the beach areas (ca. 30km long) are completly restricted from cars and
parking lots during travel and tourism seasons.

The old town of Herceg
Novi has beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque
buildings, churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains, which all cut mostly
from the same light-coloured stone.
